Central power
The process of developing central power includes the art
of self-defence. Within the self-defence classes are
methods of testing the delivery of Central Power through
the body's nervous system. Some of these methods are:
1. Breaking a brick hit onto the stomach for men and with
the sides of the feet for women;
2. Receiving punches delivered to the solar plexus;
3. Withstanding strangulation;
4. Punching iron plate;
All without suffering pain or injury.
These abilities can only be achieved by the intensive training
in self-discipline, mind concentration and control over one's
anger and aggression. Fighting plays no part within KIXA.
The aim is for the individual to develop a peaceful mentality,
only once this has been achieved and approved by the
Masters, is one permitted to combine Central Power ability
with self defence movements.
The primary concern of KIXA is the discovery,
development and maintenance of Central Power.
