KIXA Physical fitness      

The basic training for maintaining natural health without the use of any
equipment, hard outdoor exercise, or diet system. Based on breathing 
exercises and mind concentration, together with ten movements of light 
general exercise, the KIXA Physical fitness will provide these results: 
increase stamina and relaxation simultaneously, reduce overweight 
and stress without the use of any drug. The training schedule in the 
beginner stage should be completed in six months, based on the regular
twice-weekly training for a minimum two hours. 
General Exercise:      
Is specifically designed to work all muscle groups, respiratory and nervous
systems. Resulting in improved co-ordination of movement, balance and  
strengthen stomach, arms and leg muscles. Also control over one's 
breathing rhythm is a basic requirement for KIXA self-defence of body 
and mind .
